'I'm sick of people saying I'm fat or pregnant': Katie Price reveals her diet secrets- just a juice for breakfast and no carbs

She shocked fans when she posted a picture of her ultra-skinny frame to her Twitter page.

But Katie Price has spoken out about the reason she has lost weight and her new diet regime.

Speaking to This Morning the model, 33, told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes that the she is on a no-carb diet with just a juice for breakfast.


Explaining why she has embarked on her regime she said: 'I'm sick of death of magazines keep saying I'm fat I'm pregnant, and its enough to give me a complex let alone other girls out there.'

And speaking about the photo she posted to Twitter last month she explained:' My arms are up in the air and anyone who has their arms up and stretches in.'

She added, 'Well, I don't have a complex but I put that on there to say 'does it look like I've got a bump? do I look like I'm pregnant?'

Speaking about her weight loss regime she said: 'I juice in the morning and I've been putting some recipes on there, and I obviously have two meals but no carbs, and I've actually noticed a difference because with me as soon as I eat my belly sticks out.'

Katie explained that a story circulating said she had lost so much weight on her legs that they crease and Eamonn used the opportunity to have a close inspection.

After feeling her legs the presenter said: 'What exactly am I looking for? Oh that's good definition, that's muscle... there are certainly not all wrinkly, I'm telling you.'

Ahead of her appearance on the show Katie emerged from a friend’s house in a pair of huge bright blue metallic sunglasses, which appeared to have taken inspiration from Dame Edna.

Katie clutched her phone and her new book The Comeback Girl the right way around to ensure photographers got the shot.

The mother-of-three showed off her slim figure and deep tan in a pair of khaki Gucci shorts a white vest with a pale pink loose-knit jumper.

Argentine model Leandro opted for a checked shirt, a pair of ripped jeans and a trucker cap for their outing.

Last Friday Katie sported another curious pair of glasses as she and Leandro enjoyed a shopping trip in London.

The model wore a pair of huge black and sparkly sunglasses which made for a curious eyewear choice as she hit up Dolce and Gabanna.

Katie, who appeared on This Morning earlier today and BBC radio has been on a whirlwind promotional tour ahead of the book release tomorrow.

Next week she will be making the record attempt at the O2 Academy in Leeds.

Earlier today Katie, who modelled under the name of Jordan, posted a picture of herself, her make-up artist Gary and Towie’s Lauren Pope all getting in on the latest internet craze ‘owling’.

Katie has released no less than four autobiographies while comeback girl is her sixth ghost-written novel, many have which have become best sellers.

Katie has sole over 4.2 million books in her career and since 2004 she has spent 150 weeks in the Top Ten bestsellers list.

They might have been shopping for the latest designer goods in London yesterday, but that didn't stop Katie Price and Leandro Penna indulging in a passionate kiss as they dashed between the shops.

Katie, who donned a cowgirl-inspired outfit of tiny denim hotpants, knee-high boots and pink shirt, looked smitten as she cuddled up to her Argentinian beau while they checked out clothes in shops including Dolce & Gabbana and Arrogant Cat.

The 33-year-old star teamed her rodeo-style outfit with a pair of glittery sunglasses Dame Edna Everage would certainly have approved of, along with a deep golden tan and huge curly hair.

Katie has been spending a lot of time in London in recent weeks working on her modelling-based television programme.

Discovered by Katie Price, which will air on Sky Living this autumn, will see Katie set up Black Sheep Management modelling agency to find a model who ‘will break the mould’.

The show is being filmed for Sky Living and hopes to use Miss Price's knowledge, gained from fifteen years in the business, to find exciting new talent.

Yesterday saw the finalists on the show receive their America's Next Top Model style makeover ahead of the last few programmes.

But shopaholic Katie ensured she had enough time to squeeze in a quick trip to the shops with her beau.

However, while Katie appeared to be enjoying the spree, boyfriend Leandro looked less than impressed, even appearing bored at points.

The 25-year-old star recently tweeted he is struggling to live away from his home country of Argentina.

Katie Price stunned fans this week when she posted a photo of her super skinny waistline on her Twitter page after overhauling her diet.

But tonight, the glamour model shrugged off concerns over her eating habits as she filmed her new TV show in London.

In contrast to her usual bright and neon wardrobe, the mother-of-three looked unusually chic in a little black dress and heels as she arrived at the Funky Buddha club in Mayfair.


The 33-year-old was filming with the nine finalists from her Sky Living modelling show Discovered By Katie Price.

She wrote on her Twitter page: 'Just had fun at Funky Buddha with my 9 finalists on my show. I love them all! Going for dinner now x.'

Price is currently filming a new reality show which documents her search for a new model, who will be signed to her Black Sheep Modelling Agency.

Last month, she boasted the show could be bigger than Britain's Next Top Model.

Despite her comparison to Britain's Next Top Model, Price actually appeared on the rival show recently, giving advice during an underwater underwear shoot.

BNTM host Elle Macpherson enthused: 'Katie was fun! She's interesting and we chose her because she'd done an underwater shoot for her series and my girls were participating in an underwater shoot too.

'So we wanted to say, "Here's somebody that you will recognise and you will see how she handled it." It was about bringing her experience to the show. Katie's made a brand for herself.'

Price's night out in London came after she insisted she was eating healthily after posting a photo of her skinny torso online.

But after a flurry of comments by concerned fans, Price has now taken down the photo from her Lockerz Twitter photo application.

Price gave fans an insight into her daily diet and posted: 'My juice today for breakfast was pineapple, apples, ginger, banana, ginger, orange, mango, natural yoghurt, manuka honey! For lunch roast dinner haha.'

On Sunday, Price surprised fans when she congratulated Victoria and David Beckham on the birth of their daughter Harper Seven.

Fans of both stars will know there's no love lost between Price and Posh, with the pair's feud stemming back 10 years.

However, it appears time has healed all wounds with Price tweeting: 'Congrats to Victoria and David on their new little baby girl xxx.'

While Katie and Leandro put up a loving display for the cameras, Alex enjoyed the event alongside two of Katie’s former flames her ex-husband Peter Andre and her former lover Dane Bowers.

But despite being hurt by his estranged wife's churlish words, the cage fighter and reality star insists he has moved on, and is enjoying his new romance with Chantelle Houghton.

And in a thinly-veiled dig at Price, Alex, 35, says his favourite thing about the Celebrity Big Brother winner is that she is 'a real lady.'


In an interview with this week's new! magazine, Alex says: 'The great thing about her is that she’s so feminine, a real lady.

He quips: 'It’s nice to be with someone who’s a real lady - is that a little dig?'

'She really is just so sweet, so girly. I’m cheeky. I’m like a little kid and I play around, [I make] little bum jokes. I tone that down a bit. She’s not a prude, she’ll find it funny, but I want to be a gentleman.'

The new couple hit it off when they sat together on a flight to Northern Ireland for the Fate Awards in April.

Reid admits he got to know Chantelle through her ex Rav Wilding, an acquaintance of his.

Reid says they are taking things slow and joke that they are both on the rebound.

He also tells the magazine that he discouraged by the knowledge that their relationship may be viewed as a 'showmance.'

'What put me off was that it was going to be considered that sort of stuff. And I thought, "'Screw that. I'm going to live my life."'

And while he is moving on with Chantelle, 27, Alex says Katie still plays on his mind.

'She’ll always have a special place in my heart. I would have given my life for her. I am a romantic for better or for worse, so yeah, that hurts.

'I wish it had worked out. It’s sad because I was fighting the whole way to save it. It wasn’t my choice [to split].'

Katie Price Cheats Death In Horror Car Crash

British glamour model turned reality TV star, Katie Price, was involved in a horrific car crash Sunday.

The 32-year-old model was traveling with her boyfriend, Leandro Penna, 32, in the Argentinian countryside when two horses ran out in front of their SUV.

One horse hit the front of the car and flew over the hood smashing the window screen and causing extensive damage – the horse died on impact.

Price, an avid equestrian was reportedly shook up and was “distraught” over the death of the horse.

She told the UK’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “It was absolutely terrifying. It all happened in a flash and I have absolutely no idea how I wasn’t badly injured.

“I feel so lucky, but more than anything I’m just distraught about the horses. It was so upsetting.”

Katie Price involved in car crash

Katie Price was involved in a minor car accident as her driver hit a bollard when they were leaving from a London theatre.

The incident took place Thursday when the model's driver was trying to avoid a crowd of fans as she was leaving the Phoenix Theatre.

The silver BMW vehicle was left with damage to the front of the left passenger side and an unnamed young man was taken to hospital following the incident, but he is not thought to have suffered any serious injuries, femalefirst.co.uk reports.

Katie had to wait inside the venue and make arrangements for another car as police had to question the driver.
