Something strange has been occurring at the heart of the axis of power that is the Kardashian family for a while now.

While Kim, 30 , morphs humourlessly into a Bridezilla and 32-year-old Kourtney struggles with her tumultuous relationship, little sister Khloe has started to emerge as the new star of the triumvirate.

The 27-year-old has it all, a happy marriage to L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom that began with relatively no-fuss nuptials, for starters.


The down-to-earth couple, who radiate genuine love towards one another in both Keeping Up With the Kardashians and their spin-off E! show Khloe and Lamar, are still as solid two years later.

Yesterday they teamed up while he filmed a Nike commercial in New York.

Khloe, who seems to have found her look while Kim, in particular, wobbles in the sartorial stakes, looked stunning in thigh-high Louboutin boots.

Her 6'10 tall husband didn't look too shabby, either, despite it being the NBA off-seasion.

Down-to-earth: Khloe and Lamar seem to genuinely love each other


Khloe took to her Twitter to express her excitement about the day's filming, she wrote: 'Who’s in NYC? My hubby will be filming a Nike commercial all day around the city and ill be watching from the side lines! #QueensSh*tBaby.'

Before adding: 'Seeing my man at work is amazing! I love watching him do his thing!'

And we're relying upon Khloe to bring a seam of humour to Kim's deadly serious 'I dreamt of this since I was a little girl' nuptials.

Khloe, who branded her big sister 'Bridezilla' in the first place is already planning a 'very embarrassing' penis-themed bachelorette party, she told People magazine.

'Kim is very uncomfortable with all that stuff, so I'm going to go all out and embarrass her, because it's just fun.'

Khloe: Kim's Wedding Is "Royal Wedding No. 2"

Step aside, William and Kate: The queen of reality TV is getting hitched, and it's going to be huge.

Hours after news broke of Kim Kardashian's engagement to Kris Humphries after about six months of dating, her little sister Khloe Kardashian predicted a monstrous, royal bash for her sister. 30.

"It's going to be royal wedding number two," Khloe, 26, told E! News Wednesday. "I could only imagine Kim having the hugest wedding."

Khloe, of course, has been happily married to Lamar Odom for about a year and a half, and she knows that her sister has already dealt with one agonizing decision: Her maid of honor.

She said Kim, 30, will do what she did at her nuptials and give both Khloe and Kourtney, 32, the special title. "I made both of them my maid of honor," Khloe said. "You can't choose."

One major difference between Kim and Khloe's special day? Mom Kris Jenner told Us Weekly: "She's giving me more than nine days to plan a wedding like Khloe so fabulously did!"

Adder Jenner, "Kim will have more to do with this one. She has time. She's going to plan it out. She has a definite, specific thing that she has in her mind I'm sure. It's been so fast and furious that she hasn't discussed it with us."

"Kim has always been a hopeless romantic," Khloe told Us. "She thinks she is a Disney character, like everything is a great love story. It's so sweet and cute. It's just Kim. I feel like she is very much in love with love."

Khloe 'Beyond Happy' over Kim's Engagement

She kept it a secret for a week. But now Khloe Kardashian can finally gush about her sister Kim Kardashian's engagement to Kris Humphries.

"You have no idea how happy it makes me to be able to say this… KIM IS ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!" Khloe, 26, writes on her blog. "OMG! It feels soooo good to finally let the secret out."

Khloe, who married Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom in 2009, is thrilled that Kim, 30, is preparing to follow her down the aisle with her own NBA beau.

"Congratulations to my beautiful big sister Kim on finding the love of your life! Seeing you this happy makes all of us BEYOND happy and my face literally hurts from smiling," Khloe writes.

To Humphries, 26, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, Khloe writes: "We're all truly blessed to have met you. Here's to a perfect future together. I love you both!"

It's early for wedding planning, but Khloe is ready. "Just in case you have the urge to throw a wedding together in 30 days let me know," she writes. "I'm really good at putting together a quick, fabulous wedding LOL."

The Kardashians Share Their Beauty Essentials

Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian may have access to some of the best hair and makeup artists in the world, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have a few beauty tricks of their own.

The reality stars spoke to PEOPLE in N.Y.C. on Friday about some of the take-home tips they’ve learned throughout the years — and it turns out they aren’t all that fancy. “Once a week I take Vaseline and I put it on my knees my elbows and my feet and I sleep in it because sometimes I just hate being dry,” Khloe shared at the John Frieda “Destination: Style” salon, a mobile salon making its way across the country to offer women free hair consultations and styling tips. “I put socks on over my feet and I swear it’s like the cheapest thing you can buy and you’re so moisturized.”

For big sis Kourtney, it’s all about the moisturizer, too. “I started putting Aquaphor all over my face,” she revealed. “It’s so healing, especially if you’re in the sun — I mix it with serum and I just put it all over my face.”

But their oldest beauty secret — one they learned in childhood — is a classic trick they picked up from mom Kris Jenner. “She always tells us to use a hot washcloth and scrub up your face. She tells us that like every day,” said Kourtney. “She says to get a scalding hot washcloth and put it on your face and it’ll steam your pores and scrub it and everything will come out,” added Khloe. “I’ll do it once in a while but she lives by this and embeds it into our brains. We’re like, ‘We get it, we get it!’”

When it comes to hair, though, the girls aren’t quite as confident. That’s where the Destination: Style salon comes in. “I love it because I get my hair done all the time, but if I’m not getting it done, I really don’t know what to do on my own,” Khloe said. “I’ve never really sat down and asked questions. So I love that you get 15 minutes with a John Frieda stylist. You tell them your concerns and your problem areas, and they give you solutions on how to fix it.”

Kardashian Sisters Plan Armenian Mother's Day

What does a family that reportedly made $95 million in 2010 get their matriarch for Mother's Day? Hint: it's something sweet.

The Kardashian family will be feasting on the traditional Armenian breakfast dish Beeshee on Sunday morning, but as of Saturday night, with just hours to spare, it was still undecided which socialite sister would be preparing the meal.

"We were just having a debate [over] who's going to make it. I think it's going to be Khloé," Kourntey Kardashian told PEOPLE at a City of Hope event in L.A. "We make it the night before. The dough has to rise, and then we all go to my mom's and eat it in the morning."

The family will dine in honor of Kris Jenner, a mother of six and stepmother of four, who has helped her family craft a reality show empire that started with Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

While Kourtney, a mother herself to 1-year-old Mason, says "it's fun to just be together" and is happy to "just see where the day takes us," her sister Khloé has definite plans for the family: supporting her husband, Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom, as he plays in the NBA playoffs.

"We have to watch the Lakers game at 12:30," Khloe said, interrupting her sister's open-ended plans for the day. "We are going to make history and win the next four [games]."

Khloe Kardashian: I'm "Massive" Next To Sisters

It's not easy being the "biggest" Kardashian sister.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, out Wednesday, Khloe Kardashian admits red carpet events with older sibs Kim and Kourtney can take their toll on her self esteem.

"They are 5-foot and 5-foot-2, so I look massive next to them," Khloe, who is 5-foot-10, tells Us. "Everyone expects me to be 9 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds [when they meet me]."

26-year-old Khloe -- whose mom Kris Jenner even criticized her weight in a recent episode of Khloe and Lamar - has "struggled with her weight since she was 8 years old," a family friend tells Us. "She was always taller and developed much broader shoulders than her petite sisters."

And the E! reality star, happily married to basketball star Lamar Odom for over a year, says she first gained weight following Kris' divorce from her late father, famed OJ Simpson trial attorney Robert Kardashian Sr.

"My brother [Rob] and I were always heavy. They gave us food to keep us comforted. All we did was eat crap," she recalls.

Classmates and even her mom's friends noticed that Khloe's older sisters Kim, 30, and Kourtney, 32, stayed skinny despite the family turmoil. "I had older women tell me, 'You should really work out,'" she explains. "It really got to me."

Her initial response? A teenaged Khloe hit the gym, working out three times a day and eating tiny meals. She went from a size 12 to 0.

"I started to get a positive response from people when I was losing weight," she admits.

Kris Jenner Slams Khloe for Gaining Weight

On Sunday's Khloe & Lamar, Khloe Kardashian, 26, comes under fire from her mom, Kris Jenner, after she packs on a few extra pounds.

As Jenner sees it, her daughter's weight gain makes her a less than ideal spokeswoman for the Kardashians' Quicktrim diet supplement. Jenner also accuses Kardashian of sabotaging the brand.

"You don't care and it's very very upsetting to me because I've worked so hard at creating what I think is a great deal for you girls and you're not pulling your end of the weight," Jenner says in a sneak preview of Sunday's all-new episode. "I feel like you could not chat about how many cookies you're eating in between meals [to the media]..."

Kardashian, on the other hand, feels torn as she struggles to maintain a healthy weight in an effort to conceive her first child with husband Lamar Odom.

"To tell me I'm ruining a whole brand because of my weight gain makes me feel like s--t. Get over yourself. You're such a f--king raging lunatic and you're so evil," she snipes to Jenner. "I'm too f--king fat, too f--king that. Do you want me to get pregnant? Do you want me to lose weight? You tell me you want me to have a baby every second, but I can't be on some crazy diet. I just don't get what you want out of me!"

Khloe Kardashian Lines Up “Law & Order" Gig

She’s had plenty of experience with reality television, but now Khloe Kardashian is looking to broaden her horizons.

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” hottie will be guest starring in a new episode of “Law & Order: Los Angeles.”

Interestingly enough, Khloe will play herself in the episode, and she’ll be under investigation for shooting her stylist after a bad dress choice.

Ms. Kardashian will film the episode in the next day or so, and it’ll air this coming Monday (April 25). Talk about a quick turnaround!

Khloe Kardashian Is Married | Lamar Odom

It's done, ya'll! And that's a beautiful rock she has on that finger! With a $30 million bonus from the Lakers organization, Lamar Odom certainly can afford it!

Khloe Kardashian is now Mrs. Lamar Odom, or is she? According to some so-called reliable sources the wedding was yesterday, with the bride wearing a 'Vera Wang' gown, at a private estate in Los Angeles.

The newlyweds just met a month ago. But, who are we to say it won't last? However, we also heard in the grapevine that this was a 'fake wedding' since E! Mag was paying for the whole event and they had to meet that publication deadline. Lamar Odom didn't even get a chance to finalize that prenup agreement. We heard that the 'real wedding' will take place at a later date. We'll keep on the lookout for that one.

Wedding guests included Kobe Bryant, LaLa Vasquez, other Lakers players, family, friends, and of course all the Kardashians were there. What about Lamar Odom's family? We heard they were a 'no-show!'
